Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all garment tags remain attached and the items are in original condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized courier drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
